Esta página lista los subprocesadores terceros que Boom Enterprise S.A.P.I. de C.V. contrata para prestar sus servicios. Mantenemos esta lista conforme a nuestros Acuerdos de Procesamiento de Datos con clientes y a las leyes de protección de datos aplicables, incluidas la LFPDPPP y el GDPR.

Cambios a nuestros subprocesadores
Boom puede contratar nuevos subprocesadores o reemplazar los existentes de tiempo en tiempo. Notificaremos dichos cambios a los clientes con los que tengamos un Acuerdo de Procesamiento de Datos activo, en los plazos especificados en dicho acuerdo (típicamente al menos 10 días hábiles de anticipación). Los clientes pueden solicitar recibir notificaciones de cambios contactando a sergio@useboom.ai con el asunto 'Sub-processor Notifications'.
