Questions about pricing
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit your agent spends when it works: an AI conversation is 15 credits, a call minute 10, an insight report 100, and a WhatsApp message or SMS about 2. Every plan is a monthly pool of them.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Buy a top-up pack. Packs are available on any plan, add credits on top of your monthly pool, and stay valid for 12 months.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Growth and above, unused plan credits roll over for one month. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months on every plan.
Why do WhatsApp and SMS costs vary?
Carriers and Meta charge different rates per country, so a message costs a different number of credits depending on where your customer is. It averages about 2 credits.
Which plan should I start with?
Growth is our most popular plan, and enough to run a first initiative such as churn recovery or customer research. If you find yourself topping up Basic every month, Growth usually costs less.
