Program name
Boom Messaging
Program description
Boom sends conversational SMS text messages to request feedback about your experience, conduct short research interviews and satisfaction surveys, and follow up on support requests. Messages are two-way: you may reply, and an automated assistant or a Boom representative responds in the same conversation.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. These are recurring messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Boom does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop receiving messages

You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation message, and you will receive no further SMS messages from this program.

You may also ask us to stop in your own words, or by emailing support@useboom.ai. We honor every request, however it reaches us, and no later than 10 business days after we receive it.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or email support@useboom.ai.

Consent

We send these messages only to people who gave us their mobile number and agreed to receive them. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from Boom or of using the Boom platform. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee it.

Privacy

Our handling of your personal data, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Messages sent by Boom customers

Businesses that use Boom send messages under their own name and their own messaging program, with their own terms. These terms cover only messages sent by Boom Enterprise Inc. If you received a message from a business using Boom, that business is responsible for its own program and is who to contact about it.
