What each action uses
Every brand has two balances that top up on their own: credits for Boom and money for WhatsApp, SMS and calls. If one runs out, sending pauses.
Per WhatsApp message: Meta’s price + $0.005 for Twilio (inbound or outbound) + 10%. Nothing on top-ups.

- each brand pays it from its wallet, like a direct client, with no partner markup. You can gift promo balance.
- Credits
- you assign your plan’s credits to each brand and they last a month. If your pool runs short, we charge you or cancel the purchase.
- Channel
- a brand already talking to Boom stays direct; you can earn for referring it. You earn while your brand stays on Boom.
- Contracts
- you sign the partner agreement and answer for what your brands send; each accepts Boom’s customer agreement.
